  1. get plenty of sleep. Incomplete sleep affects your physical health as well as your mental health.
  2. Inadequate sleep also increases the risk of weight gain, which causes many diseases.
  3. As soon as you wake up in the morning drink a glass of lukewarm water. Here it will be effective to keep your digestive system healthy.
  4. Waking up early in the morning can make us feel refreshed throughout the day, so it is beneficial to wake up in the morning.
  5. Exercise regularly. Many types of diseases can be overcome by exercising.
  6. Morning sunlight is beneficial for our health, so do not miss it.
    Drink a sufficient amount of water.
  7. Drinking plenty of water works to reduce many calories in your body without exercise.
  8. Do have breakfast every morning. Not having breakfast in the morning can cause many diseases.
  9. Your diet should include more and more vegetables and fruits.
  10. Stay away from mosquitoes. Mosquitoes alone give rise to many types of disease, so adequate efforts should be made to avoid them.
  11. Avoid eating foods with excessive oil and spices, it can make you sick.
  12. Be sure to include protein content in your daily diet.
  13. Keep eating healthy little food throughout the day, avoid overeating at once.
    By having more food in one go, you can experience lethargy throughout the day.
  14. Consuming dry fruits daily would be able to supply essential nutrients like magnesium, fiber, vitamin E, etc.
  15. Many people brush teeth incorrectly, due to which many problems start to occur. Clean your teeth at least twice daily.
  16. Stress can lead to many types of diseases, so always keep your brain busy to avoid stress.
  17. By daily meditation, you maintain mental health as well as physical health.
  18. Pass some time of the day with your family and your favorite person, this will reduce your stress.

What not to do to be healthy

  1. Avoid eating too much sugar. This can increase the risk of obesity and a lot of sickness in you.
  2. Avoid eating junk fruit. It lacks fiber, protein, and other nutrients and is full of unhealthy elements.
  3. Do not eat after 9 o’clock at night. Try to have food 2–3 hours before going to bed.
    By this, the digestion of the night food is known correctly.
  4. Do not consume spicy dish in your food.
  5. Do not smoke it causes many diseases.
  6. Avoid consuming alcohol
  7. Do not take any type of medicines without consulting your doctor.
